Back in Istanbul, Ceren had already built a strong foundation. With a degree in Political Science and International Relations from Boğaziçi University, and years of experience in multinational companies across marketing and human resources, she had developed not only a professional edge but also a deep understanding of people and systems.

In 2016, she and her partner made the life-changing decision to immigrate to Canada. It wasn’t a leap into the unknown, it was a carefully considered step forward, driven by ambition, curiosity, and a long-term vision.

Like many newcomers, they faced a range of complex challenges, from navigating visa requirements to understanding a new job market and adapting to Canadian life. But Ceren approached each step with determination and resilience, learning the process inside and out.

Driven by a deep desire to help others avoid the same obstacles she faced, Ceren made a bold decision to start over. She embarked on a new chapter by enrolling in a Post-Graduate Immigration Consultant Diploma program in Canada, ultimately becoming a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a licensed member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). She is now a licensed immigration consultant in good standing and a proud member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC), actively committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in the field.

From client consultations to complex work permit strategies, Ceren grew into a trusted professional with a hands-on understanding of the Canadian immigration system. Her unique background in corporate recruitment also gave her an edge in employment-based immigration programs, including:
